Paula Mongey is a multidisciplinary artist, creative associate, and arts educator based in Dublin. She holds a BA in Drama Studies from TU Dublin and a Master’s in Arts and Engagement from MTU Crawford College of Art and Design.

 

With over 25 years of experience, Paula works at the intersection of creativity and community, amplifying voices that are often overlooked or unheard. Her collaborative, hands-on approach centres on connection, conversation, and co-creation. Through her practice, Paula creates welcoming, inclusive spaces where people of all ages and abilities can explore ideas, share stories, and learn from one another. She works extensively through storytelling, fable, and folklore, alongside eco-art, offering participants an opportunity to engage with nature and their own narratives in creative and meaningful ways.

Paula is deeply committed to supporting neurodiverse audiences, helping them find unique creative outlets that align with their strengths and ways of experiencing the world. Her work often explores social issues with sensitivity and purpose, inviting participants to express their unique perspectives while building meaningful relationships.
